The first step therefore is to register yourself (please create one account per family). Click on “Create new Account”. Please fill out the online registration form. Once you register, you will receive an email to reset your password. Follow the instructions in the email to reset your password. Once the password is reset, you are now ready to use your account online. It is recommended to complete your profile once you are registered.
With effect from 2022, members will be able to make their membership / GFP / event payments on line using Zelle. Paypal is no longer supported. Please mail your check or Zelle your payments to treasurer@bagc.net. Non members who would like to attend specific functions can also do so. Some of the main objectives are - Better forecast of attendance in functions, Easier account management, Little or no lines at registration. Please note again, for check payment option, the check will have to be mailed physically by you.
Please remember for membership/event registration this step is necessary. Just creating an account as in step 1 is not enough.

Click on “Register"
Select the appropriate event and category Add selection to cart.
Continue Shopping. Add to cart desired categories – adult / child etc.
Click "Pay With Zelle" Review your order details and confirm your payment.
Please note: you need to click "Confirm" to confirm your zelle payment
For check payments, please email checks payable in the name of “B.A.G.C” to this address : treasurer@bagc.net On receipt of payment an acknowledgement will be sent back. For Zelle payments, please go to your bank account and register in Zelle and send money to treasurer@bagc.net. Select option to return to BAGC website. Review your order in “my Account”. Print the BAGC invoice and carry it with you to registration. Users remain on the BAGC website completing the basic transaction steps. We fully understand that while many of you are regular users and comfortable with on line transactions, many of you are not. For those of you, who are not, please fill in the personal / family details and mail in the check. For those of you who are still not convinced we have yet another option – on site registration on the day of the event. Suggestions are welcome. Please bear with us as we try to make this system as seamless and user-friendly as possible.
The Annual BAGC gives you the following benefits:
- Subscription and access to BAGC emails (optional).
- Subscription to BAGC newsletters.
- Option to have name, address, and phone number added to BAGC phone book
- One copy of BAGC phone book per membership.
- Discounted rates for BAGC events for you, family members, and guests (if not a GFP member)
- Note- You can later upgrade the membership from single/couple to family if needed by paying the difference in order to get the discounted rates for family and guests for a specific event.
